Defending Sexual Assault Victims
I'm taking action to defend a woman sexually assaulted by a local dermatologist during a job interview.
Since this story ran on ABC Action News, more victims of sexual assault by this dermatologist have come forward. Unfortunately, for many of them, it was too late for legal action.
If you've been the victim of sexual assault at work, set your appointment to discuss your case with me now. Don't wait!
Standing Up for the Beaten Down
Imagine being viciously attacked by your co-worker and a supervisor for trying to do the right thing? When that happened to one local man, he contacted me. I filed suit against the owner of the restaurant, Florida Pop, LLC, claiming that management not only knew about the danger one of the attackers posed, but that its management team enabled the attack.
While the victim remains in pain, the owner continues to defend its inexcusable behavior. That's why it is absolutely critical to have an experienced, determined, and unafraid attorney like me on your side!
